The First Android Tablet Built for Humans – Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1

The attractive, sleek and convenient to use tablet comes along with a rectangular shaped frame with rounded edges for greater comfort in holding.

To unlock the tablet, there’s a simple lock icon that you just slide through to start using the tablet.

The tablet has all the latest and most used widgets on the home screen, which actually has an amazing 3D effect. Widgets for email browsers like Gmail, You Tube for video viewing, and CNN to keep abreast of the latest news around the world.

Another development about the Galaxy 10.1 is that Samsung has replaced the hard buttons with soft buttons. Reason being, the soft buttons rotate to whichever side the screen is rotated, meaning easy access and maneuvering from any side of the tablet. The soft buttons consist of the Back button, the Home button and a immediate access button to navigate through various applications relating to the tablet.

On the right hand side bottom of the screen you will find the notification bar that has options to show the time, the air plane mode, WiFi, settings etc. which is usually accessed with a single touch.

The Galaxy Tablet runs relating to the Adnroid 3.0 Honeycomb platform as well as comes along with the Honeycomb web browser. The gorgeous Galaxy tab comes making use of pinch to zoom in and out feature for easy maneuvering while on a webpage.
